We have decided to cancel the public element of the Saturday 30th of March row. Members can meet at the club at 10.30, decision will be made quayside. To avoid unnecessary travel check met eireann app and if gusting over 33km the row will not go ahead.

Unfortunately, due to late information re Head of the river race, we are cancelling tomorrows (Saturday 2nd of March) row. Apologies to all.

Reminder…next Saturday March 2nd, there is no public row. Instead we have around 10 guest representatives from Cork City Council. There has been permission granted to land at the port of Cork pontoon on this occasion, so we will be having a coffee break mid row and tying up here. All members encouraged to attend. Hello Members, We will be having a meitheal on the new site after the public row on saturday coming. We would appreciate your help, it will be just a tidy up to start with, grass cutting, moving a few boats, nothing more than you are used to. There may be some boat jenga, that we all love, to check what works. We would appreciate any help we can get. Please bring with you gloves and your life jacket is to be worn please. If you have hedge cutters/strimmers, can you also bring so we can make light work of it. Don't worry if you can't make it, there will be plenty of other times that we will need your help. If you are not rowing and would like to come down just for the work on the site, we should be on site from around 12noon. Thank you, and hopefully see you saturday. Thanks Everyone.

Hi all, just to let you know that Saturday week, 2nd of March, we will be hosting representatives from Cork City Council, which will include Sharon Mc Donnell one of our members and her team, this is to showcase our wonderful club and create links with people that will hopefully support us in the future. It is our intention to show the importance of access to the river for all and to have a lovely row. I encourage as many members that can, to attend, your involvement would be very much appreciated. Hi all, we're currently composing the duty captains rota. Some of you have already agreed and many thanks for that. Anyone else included on last year's rota that can't commit to this year please let us know. Anyone who would like to try out being a rota captain would be most welcome. We're looking for a 3rd person to be duty captain each Saturday and it would be a great way for someone to get an idea of what's involved if you've never done it before.
